Join us on Sunday May 18, 2025 at 3:00 PM, for the fifth concert of our 2024-25 season: Metamorphosis. Under the baton of Matthew George, the orchestra will perform Weber’s Overture and March from Turandot, Hindemith’s symphonic suite, Metamorphoses on Themes of Carl Maria von Weber, Lili Boulanger’s D’un Matin du Printemps, and Aaron Copland’s Rodeo. The program also features a new piece rooted in Latin American and Indigenous musical traditions, Maso Ye’eme by the Mexican composer Nubia Jaime Donjuan.
